The dream of Chef de Cuisine Catering Inc. began 10 years ago and continues today as we strive to bring to our clientele an exceptional level of culinary expertise, attention to detail, and professional event planning in order to see the vision of our customers become reality.
With catering experience in events such as corporate luncheons, social gatherings, or events of more than 300, Chef de Cuisine is committed to bringing you the upmost level of service.
Our Team
One of our owners and executive chef, Josh Dolan, brings to you his expertise from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School where he studied in London, England and Sydney, Australia. He is classically trained in both cuisine and patisserie and takes his 10 years of experience in the restaurant and catering industry both on the chef and sales side to bring to you the finest quality and freshest ingredients.
Josh is joined by his wife and partner of more than 12 years, Kim Dolan, who brings her attention to detail and expert event planning to make your catering experience more than just an event, but a lasting memory.
